Meld hier je storing

Is er een defect of probleem met een besteld apparaat? Dat is natuurlijk heel vervelend. Je kunt het onderstaande formulier invullen en dan zorgen wij dat de storingsmelding zo snel mogelijk wordt opgepakt. Afhankelijk van het product en/of merk zal dit door of via ons, één van onze servicepartners of een storingsdienst/servicepartner van de fabrikant worden opgevolgd. De opvolging wordt natuurlijk zo snel mogelijk voor je opgepakt, wat vanzelfsprekend wel afhankelijk kan zijn van beschikbare ruimte in de planning.

Let op: is de garantietermijn verlopen, valt de gemelde storing niet binnen de garantie - bijvoorbeeld i.v.m. onjuist gebruik, onjuiste aansluiting/installatie, externe factoren of normale slijtage - of blijkt de gemelde storing onder normaal functioneren van het apparaat te vallen? Dan zullen de gemaakte kosten voor opvolging van de storingsmelding worden gefactureerd. Bij bezoek van een monteur kan dit, ter indicatie, neerkomen op voorrijkosten (€ 90 excl. BTW per bezoek) en werkuren (€ 80 excl. BTW per uur per persoon met een minimum van 1 uur)*. Wanneer in dezen aanvullende kosten worden gemaakt voor opvolging van de storingsmelding, zullen deze ook aanvullend worden gefactureerd. Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor uit een storing voortkomende kosten of gemiste inkomsten, met inbegrip van maar niet beperkt tot gevolgschade en winstderving. De klant is te allen tijde zelf verantwoordelijk voor reserve en/of vervangende apparatuur en/of toebehoren en voor het nemen van de benodigde maatregelen om eventuele gevolgschade, winstderving en/of andere uit een storing voortkomende kosten of gemiste inkomsten te voorkomen. * Genoemde tarieven zijn ter indicatie, deze kunnen afwijken.
